Description

Ingredients

  • Ice cream (your favorite flavors)
  • Chocolate or vanilla cake mix
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Once the cake is cooled, cut it in half horizontally.
  3. Place one layer of cake in a springform pan and add a layer of softened ice cream on top.
  4. Add the second layer of cake and press down gently.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until the ice cream is firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove the cake from the pan and frost the top and sides with whipped cream.
