Ingredients
- Ice cream (your favorite flavors)
- Chocolate or vanilla cake mix
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Once the cake is cooled, cut it in half horizontally.
- Place one layer of cake in a springform pan and add a layer of softened ice cream on top.
- Add the second layer of cake and press down gently.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until the ice cream is firm.
- Once frozen, remove the cake from the pan and frost the top and sides with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with sprinkles.
- Slice and serve!
