  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it browns and is no longer pink, about 7–10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the paprika, cumin, oregano, chopped tomatoes, and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook until tender, about 10–12 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
