- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the pot. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it browns and is no longer pink, about 7–10 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, oregano, chopped tomatoes, and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook until tender, about 10–12 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For extra flavor, use high-quality beef broth or homemade broth. Consider adding additional vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for variation.
