- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the spiral pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the sliced smoked sausage in olive oil over medium heat until browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
