  • 4 ounces (113 g) feta cheese (115 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut cream (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground venison with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the venison into four equal portions and shape into balls.
  4. Add vegetable oil to the grill or skillet.
  5. Place the venison balls onto the grill or skillet.
  6. Press each ball with a spatula to flatten into patties.
  7. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  8. Remove patties from heat and let rest.
