Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and stir in the chopped bacon and green onions.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on your workspace, spread a layer of the creamy mixture on it.
  4. Follow with a layer of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the filling as you go.
  6. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice each wrap into smaller portions for serving.
