- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and stir in the chopped bacon and green onions.
- Lay one tortilla flat on your workspace, spread a layer of the creamy mixture on it.
- Follow with a layer of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the filling as you go.
- Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and filling.
