- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and garlic aioli. Mix well to ensure the chicken is fully coated in the creamy aioli.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix again until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Place a large tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Lightly grease the preheated skillet, and place each wrap seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese inside melts.
- Remove wraps from the skillet, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
