Description

Delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps made with shredded chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and rich cheddar cheese, all wrapped in soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and garlic aioli. Mix well to ensure the chicken is fully coated in the creamy aioli.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix again until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  3. Place a large tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Lightly grease the preheated skillet, and place each wrap seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese inside melts.
  6. Remove wraps from the skillet, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
