  • Cream cheese, softened, 4 ounces (113 g) (115 grams)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams)
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams)
  • Jalapeños, diced, 2 medium
  • Tortillas, large, 4 pieces
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams)
  • Lime, 1 medium, juiced
  • Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (28 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken breasts in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Dice the cooked chicken into small pieces.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  8. Add diced chicken to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  9. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
