- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup salsa (optional for dipping)
- Sour cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to packet instructions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of taco meat and cheese on the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, enclosing the filling, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or onions to the meat mixture. Brush with an egg wash before baking for a shiny finish.
