Description

Delicious crab salad sliders made with jumbo lump crab, fresh ingredients, and a touch of Sriracha, perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1 pk Pretzel Slider Rolls
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Begin by gently mixing the crab, scallions, parsley, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Once the ingredients meld into a cohesive mixture, taste and adjust seasonings as preferred.
  3. Slice the pretzel slider rolls in half. Brush the insides with melted butter.
  4. Lightly toast the rolls on a skillet until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by placing a generous scoop of crab salad onto the bottom half of each roll.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce before placing the top half of the roll back on.

Notes

Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors. Serve immediately for the best texture.
