- 1 ripe avocado, mashed

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and mashed avocado, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the chicken-avocado mixture followed by shredded cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
