- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
