Description

Delightful bite-sized pillows filled with creamy chicken goodness, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Butter, for brushing
  • Optional: grated cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end, sealing the filling inside.
  6. Place the chicken pillows on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with optional grated cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in chopped green onions or a spoonful of hot sauce. Keep an eye on the baking color for doneness.
