Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- Butter, for brushing
- Optional: grated cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end, sealing the filling inside.
- Place the chicken pillows on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with optional grated cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in chopped green onions or a spoonful of hot sauce. Keep an eye on the baking color for doneness.
