Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
- Place chicken in the skillet, and pour the creamy mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
