Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup cream or cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft.
  4. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  5. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
  6. Place chicken in the skillet, and pour the creamy mixture over the top.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken.
