  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Begin by cooking the egg noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.
  2. Brown the chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts and place them in the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Toss the noodles: Add the drained egg noodles into the skillet with garlic and butter. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Assemble the dish: Slice the rested chicken and serve on top of the buttered noodles. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through. For added creaminess, a splash of heavy cream can be included with the noodles.
