Ingredients
Ice (enough to fill a glass ¾ full)
½ cup (237 ml) club soda, chilled
3 tablespoons Torani chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons half-and-half
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Optional garnishes: chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, or chocolate-dipped strawberry
Instructions
1. Fill a tall glass three-quarters full with ice.
2. Slowly pour the chilled club soda along the side of the glass.
3. Add chocolate syrup, pouring slowly around the edges.
4. Gently pour half-and-half into the glass, allowing it to create its own layer.
5. Using a long spoon, gently stir to create a marbled effect.
6. Top with whipped cream and garnishes if desired.
Notes
Use chilled ingredients to prevent ice from melting too quickly.
Let half-and-half come to room temperature for 5 minutes before adding to prevent curdling.
Pour ingredients gently to maintain carbonation.
For dairy-free version, substitute coconut cream for half-and-half.
