A delightful blend of strawberries and cranberries, perfect for holiday canning and sharing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine strawberries, cranberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Let jars cool completely before refrigerating or canning.
Notes
For a bolder flavor, use fresh cranberries or add orange zest and ginger.
