- 10 fresh rosemary sprigs for the tree shape
- 1 celery stalk for the trunk
- Red, green, and black seedless grapes
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into ¾-inch squares
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ¾-inch squares
- 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar cheese, cut into ¾-inch squares
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1–2 star fruits, sliced
- 1 cup assorted nuts
- 1 green kiwi fruit, sliced
Instructions
- Make the outline of your Christmas tree using the fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Place the celery stalk at the bottom to act as the trunk of the tree.
- Arrange the sharp cheddar cheese on the board, followed by a layer of red grapes.
- Add another row of cheese and layer the green grapes.
- Continue with another row of cheese before layering black grapes from bottom to top.
- Use kiwi slices to create a triangle shape at the top of the tree.
- Position a slice of star fruit at the top for decoration, then add more slices over the tree.
- Scatter fresh cranberries around the tree and sprinkle the assorted nuts in the empty spaces.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
