- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli florets, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well so that the broccoli and chicken are well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly for uniform baking.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole, followed by breadcrumbs for an added crunch.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges bubble.
- Once finished, allow the casserole to rest for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or garlic to the mixture. Using toasted breadcrumbs adds a nutty flavor.
