Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add the green beans to the pot in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain the potatoes and green beans.
  4. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Add the cooked potatoes and green beans to the skillet with bacon.
