- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) cayenne pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, stirring to coat evenly.
- Let the shrimp marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill.
