Description

Delicious sautéed baby bella mushrooms with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, perfect as a side or a main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the baby bella mushrooms and slice them if desired.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Using freshly minced garlic enhances the flavor. Adjust the Worcestershire and soy sauce to taste.
