- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the baby bella mushrooms and slice them if desired.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Using freshly minced garlic enhances the flavor. Adjust the Worcestershire and soy sauce to taste.
