- 8 oz cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
- 8 oz crab meat
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped celery and green onions, sautéing until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the flour, cooking for another minute.
- Warm the milk in the microwave until it’s warm, then pour it into the saucepan, whisking continuously.
- Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and tomato paste, then season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
- Fold in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until heated through.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
