  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 8 oz cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped celery and green onions, sautéing until they begin to soften.
  3. Stir in the flour, cooking for another minute.
  4. Warm the milk in the microwave until it’s warm, then pour it into the saucepan, whisking continuously.
  5. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and tomato paste, then season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  7. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until heated through.
  8. Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
