Description

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce

  • Mayo

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties to your desired level of doneness, monitoring the temperature with a meat thermometer.
