- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
