- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh orange slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry glaze generously over the turkey.
- Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, checking frequently until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the glaze from the pan.
- After cooking, let the turkey rest for around 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with fresh orange slices.
Notes
Allow the turkey to come to room temperature before roasting for even cooking. Experiment with the glaze to adjust sweetness or tanginess.
