  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry glaze generously over the turkey.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, checking frequently until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the glaze from the pan.
  6. After cooking, let the turkey rest for around 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh orange slices.

Notes

Allow the turkey to come to room temperature before roasting for even cooking. Experiment with the glaze to adjust sweetness or tanginess.
