- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider using rotisserie chicken for convenience and adding different vegetables for variety. Broil for a crunchy topping.
