Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the frozen peas and half of the cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
