- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish, creating a smooth base.
- Pour the warm caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
- Top with toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts.
- Serve with fresh apple slices for dipping and enjoy!
