Description
A rich, creamy fudge combining white chocolate and orange flavors, reminiscent of summer popsicles.

- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 3 teaspoons orange extract
- 10–12 drops orange food coloring
Instructions
- Gather all of the ingredients for your creamy fudge.
- Open the jar of marshmallow crème and set aside a small bowl for mixing the orange fudge.
- Place sugar, butter, and evaporated milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, occasionally stirring to ensure it cooks evenly.
- After 4 minutes, remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème.
- Stir until fully combined, achieving a creamy consistency.
- Pour one cup of fudge into the reserved bowl you set aside.
- Pour the remaining fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly.
- Add orange extract and food coloring to the small bowl of fudge and mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle about 2/3 of the orange mixture over the fudge in the pan.
- Using a knife or spatula, swirl the orange mixture deep into the fudge.
- Dollop the remaining orange fudge over the top of the pan and swirl gently.
- Refrigerate the fudge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Once completely cooled and set, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into 1-inch pieces.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful combination. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
