Description

A rich, creamy fudge combining white chocolate and orange flavors, reminiscent of summer popsicles.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
  • 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
  • 3 teaspoons orange extract
  • 1012 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Gather all of the ingredients for your creamy fudge.
  2. Open the jar of marshmallow crème and set aside a small bowl for mixing the orange fudge.
  3. Place sugar, butter, and evaporated milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, occasionally stirring to ensure it cooks evenly.
  6. After 4 minutes, remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème.
  7. Stir until fully combined, achieving a creamy consistency.
  8. Pour one cup of fudge into the reserved bowl you set aside.
  9. Pour the remaining fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly.
  10. Add orange extract and food coloring to the small bowl of fudge and mix thoroughly.
  11. Drizzle about 2/3 of the orange mixture over the fudge in the pan.
  12. Using a knife or spatula, swirl the orange mixture deep into the fudge.
  13. Dollop the remaining orange fudge over the top of the pan and swirl gently.
  14. Refrigerate the fudge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  15. Once completely cooled and set, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into 1-inch pieces.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful combination. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
