Instructions

  3. Melt the butter with olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery for about 4-5 minutes until softened.

  5. Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth and thickened. Stir in chicken bouillon powder and the diced chicken. Allow it to simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.
