Instructions

- Spread the seasoned squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast squash in the oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.

- Place flour in the first bowl.
- Beat eggs in the second bowl.
- Put breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
