- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 6 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Combine the chicken, spinach, bacon, ranch dressing, and the dry ranch seasoning if you choose to use it. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Sprinkle about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of shredded cheese onto each tortilla, distributing it evenly.
- Spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the filling mixture in a wide strip down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the other side. Press lightly to flatten the wrap.
- Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet to medium heat, aiming for about 350°F.
- Lightly spray or brush the seam side of the wraps with oil to enhance crispness.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on the griddle and cook until golden and crispy, approximately 2-4 minutes. Press down slightly for even cooking.
- Spray or brush the top of the wraps with oil, flip them, and cook another 2-4 minutes until golden and the filling is hot and melty.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve them warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using different types of cheese or adding jalapeños for a kick. Ensure the griddle is at the correct temperature for optimal crispiness.
