Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish, such as cod or tilapia
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Soft corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the fish with the spice mixture and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish, cabbage slaw, and sour cream or Greek yogurt if desired on each tortilla.
- Add hot sauce for extra flavor if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
