Description

Quick and nourishing crispy tostadas topped with shredded rotisserie chicken and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 lime wedges
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if you want to warm the tostada shells.
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the shells from the oven and layer shredded chicken on top of each shell.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Drizzle with hot sauce and serve with lime wedges on the side.
