Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the carrots and trim the ends.
  3. Cut the carrots into even pieces, about 2 inches long.
  4. Boil a large pot of water.
  5. Add the carrots to the boiling water.
  6. Cook the carrots for 10 minutes, until tender.
