A warm and inviting croissant bake filled with buttery croissant pieces, deli meats, and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or family dinner.

- 6–8 croissants, cut into halves or thirds
- 10–12 slices of deli meats (ham, prosciutto, turkey breast, or salami)
- 3–4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme)
- 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut your croissants into thirds.
- Whisk together the heavy cream or milk, eggs, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary in a large bowl.
- Dunk each croissant piece into the milk mixture, shaking off excess liquid.
- Arrange the croissant pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Layer the deli meats over the croissant pieces, followed by the Swiss cheese slices and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Mix together the butter, honey, and remaining fresh herbs in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the honey butter mixture evenly over the top of the bake.
- Bake until the cheese melts and the croissants are golden and bubbly.
Notes
Using day-old croissants can enhance texture. Feel free to experiment with various deli meats and cheeses.
