- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup (60 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard (15 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk.
- Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the Swiss cheese, crumbled beef bacon, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onion.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, shaping it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
