  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) onion, finely chopped (75 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup (60 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard (15 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk.
  3. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture.
  4. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold in the Swiss cheese, crumbled beef bacon, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onion.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, shaping it into a loaf.
