Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if desired)
  • 1/2 cup water (add more if using lean beef)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. Mix together the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
  3. Fill the prepared pan with your mixture and use your hands to squish it down evenly.
  4. Top it with the remaining ketchup, spreading it evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes (about 50 minutes in my oven).
  6. Enjoy! Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding finely chopped onions or spices like garlic powder. Basting with ketchup halfway through baking can enhance flavor.
