- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if desired)
- 1/2 cup water (add more if using lean beef)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bread loaf pan.
- Mix together the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
- Fill the prepared pan with your mixture and use your hands to squish it down evenly.
- Top it with the remaining ketchup, spreading it evenly over the top.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes (about 50 minutes in my oven).
- Enjoy! Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding finely chopped onions or spices like garlic powder. Basting with ketchup halfway through baking can enhance flavor.
