Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning together.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and spaghetti mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  6. Transfer the combined mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes
