- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning together.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and spaghetti mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Transfer the combined mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Watch for a golden crust on the top, indicating that the casserole is perfectly crisp.
