Description

Delicious, easy-to-make wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 24 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly brush a muffin tin with oil.
  2. Line each muffin cup with two wonton wrappers, staggering them for a star shape.
  3. Bake the lined cups for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Mix the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, Ranch dressing, and cream cheese in a medium bowl until well combined.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into each pre-baked wonton cup, slightly mounding it above the edges.
  6. Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in Parmesan cheese or chopped garlic. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven for crispness.
