Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp tempura, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Nori sheets, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Spread the rice evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped shrimp tempura, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions. Mix well.
  5. Spread the crab mixture over the rice layer in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve warm with nori sheets.
