- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lobster tails, cooking until the meat is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove lobster from shell and chop.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine and lobster with the sauce, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
