Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add lobster tails, cooking until the meat is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove lobster from shell and chop.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine and lobster with the sauce, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
