Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture over the dough, then evenly spread the cranberry sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice into rounds.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
