Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until shrimp is pink.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the filet mignon topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.

Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness and avoid overcrowding the skillet when searing.
