- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture on the fish fillets and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on the tortillas.
- Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, sliced radishes, and avocado.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
