Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture on the fish fillets and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on the tortillas.
