Instructions
- Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the minced garlic, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms; allow them to sauté for 4–5 minutes until they begin to brown.
- Stir in the cauliflower, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and sprinkle red pepper flakes, if using.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Remove the lid and mix in the butter (or olive oil), allowing it to melt into the mixture.
- Finish with a splash of lemon juice and fresh herbs, if desired.
Notes
