Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of brownie mix
  • 13 jars of white frosting
  • Edible gel food coloring (red and green)
  • Edible gold stars
  • White pearl sprinkles
  • Icing bags
  • Frosting tips (large star 1M)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions and coat a 9-inch springform pan with spray oil.
  2. Mix the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and let the brownies cool completely.
  4. Remove the brownies from the pan and cut them into eight triangles.
  5. Prepare your frostings by mixing white frosting with red and green gel food coloring in separate bowls.
  6. Using icing bags fitted with frosting tips, decorate the brownies to resemble Christmas trees or Santa hats.
  7. Serve the decorated brownies on a festive platter with additional edible decorations for presentation.

Notes

Allow brownies to cool completely before frosting to prevent melting. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
