- 2 boxes of brownie mix
- 1–3 jars of white frosting
- Edible gel food coloring (red and green)
- Edible gold stars
- White pearl sprinkles
- Icing bags
- Frosting tips (large star 1M)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions and coat a 9-inch springform pan with spray oil.
- Mix the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and let the brownies cool completely.
- Remove the brownies from the pan and cut them into eight triangles.
- Prepare your frostings by mixing white frosting with red and green gel food coloring in separate bowls.
- Using icing bags fitted with frosting tips, decorate the brownies to resemble Christmas trees or Santa hats.
- Serve the decorated brownies on a festive platter with additional edible decorations for presentation.
Notes
Allow brownies to cool completely before frosting to prevent melting. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
