A delightful dessert combining rich brownie layers and creamy ice cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 pints of chocolate and vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Let cool completely.
  2. Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into two layers.
  3. Place one layer of brownie in the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Spread one pint of ice cream evenly over the brownie layer and smooth it out.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the ice cream layer.
  6. Add the second brownie layer on top of the first ice cream layer.
  7. Spread the second pint of ice cream over the second brownie layer.
  8. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
  9. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  10. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes for easier slicing.

Notes

For added flair, try different ice cream flavors or drizzling caramel or fruit puree between layers.
