Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the sauerkraut, flour, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it out slightly to form a pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
