- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Combine the sauerkraut, flour, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it out slightly to form a pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
