  • 2 Ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Take the ribeye steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add the steaks and sear for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet during the last minute of cooking. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks.
