Description

Ingredients

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • Decorative sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows and spices until completely melted. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the Rice Krispies to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan evenly.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool before cutting it into squares.
  6. If desired, top with decorative sprinkles before serving.
