- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- Decorative sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and spices until completely melted. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the Rice Krispies to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan evenly.
- Allow the mixture to cool before cutting it into squares.
- If desired, top with decorative sprinkles before serving.
